2.1 Service Contracts

Monthly Contracts: You may cancel your monthly digital marketing service contract at any time with a 3-4 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. If notice is given within the notice period, no further charges will be applied.

Long-term Contracts (e.g., 6-month or annual): Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3-4 days before the next billing cycle. If cancellation occurs mid-contract, a prorated refund may be issued based on services rendered.

2.2 Project-Based Services

For one-time or project-based services, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the project commences. If work has already begun, a partial refund may be granted depending on the amount of work completed.

2.3 No Cancellation Fees

There are no additional cancellation fees, but you will be responsible for payment for services already rendered up to the date of cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for completed services. However, exceptions may be made if there is a clear failure to deliver agreed-upon services or if the service provided was not as described in the contract.

3.2 Partial Refunds

If you cancel a service mid-cycle, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused portion of the service. This will be calculated based on the time and resources already invested in the service.

Third-Party Costs: Any third-party costs (e.g., paid advertisements, software tools) incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

Custom Services: Custom or personalized services that have already been delivered are non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original payment method.
